Job Summary

The ERG Strategy Team within Impact & Inclusion (I&I) is responsible for serving ERG leaders and members to create impactful experiences that support business initiatives foster collaboration and belonging at Comcast. Reporting to the Senior Director, the Manager is responsible for leading the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program operations and partnerships across the enterprise, helping to drive the program’s national strategy at the local level. The Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the ERG program with ERG leaders, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to effectively operate their chapters. They will support the development and promotion of ERG governance resources, create team operational efficiencies and improve ERG leader tools. Key projects of the Manger are maintaining the national ERG events management system and managing the ERG Grant Program, The Elevate Fund, while focusing on increasing employee engagement. A successful candidate will have strong data reporting and analytic skills with proven ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. They will understand the business impact of diversity, equity & inclusion and leverage key metrics, communications, and strategies to drive positive business outcomes. The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly shifting priorities, exercise discretion with highly sensitive information, be committed to process improvement, standardization and creating sustainability. The candidate will be challenged to use critical and innovative thinking and manage multiple projects.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for ERG chapter leadership across the enterprise, ensuring collaboration, communication, and promotion of national ERG resources and tools.

  • Manage and administer the ERG Grant Program, The Elevate Fund, overseeing application review, compliance, event funding, and reporting on KPIs including spending against annual budget, annual usage and participation year over year, etc.

  • Partner with I&I Tech Enablement Team to lead technology initiatives including key system integrations (Workday, Asana, etc.), product testing, launching, and administration of ERG event management portal.

  • Develop synergies within the I&I Team, to produce best practices and standardization of operations and guidance where necessary.

  • Conduct ongoing research and stay current on diversity, equity & inclusion, employee engagement and ERG best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Strong background and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in a corporate environment.

  • Experience overseeing Employee Resource Groups, or other large-scale employee engagement programs, including managing, designing processes, guidelines, and trainings (e.g., business plans, budget plans, operations).

  • Public speaking experience in small and large group forums, and excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building and collaboration skills to work with diverse groups and stakeholders across the organization at all levels.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with data tracking, analysis and reporting.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%, and work some nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to support programs and events.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration, Business Management/Operations, Management Information Systems or IT-adjacent (HRIS).

  • Available to report in-person to Philadelphia, PA work location at least four days/week with option to work remotely one day/week.

  • Experience working in the Cable, Technology or Media industry.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
