JPMorgan Chase Treasury Services Sales Analyst - Real Estate Banking in New York, New York

The Real Estate Banking (REB) Treasury Sales team serves the Commercial Banking Commercial Real Estate client segment targeting public and private real estate investment trusts, real estate operating companies, family offices and CRE asset managers. In this role you will maintain and develop trusted relationships with the REB executive leadership team.

As a treasury analyst you will develop partnerships with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams. Additionally, you will help Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) develop and execute a localized-to-market and product strategy, while leading and managing key client pursuits and relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strong business development achieved through proactive calling of prospects and existing clients

  • Act as an integral part of creating the marketing strategy, and assist with the implementation of the marketing plan

  • Assist the assigned Treasury Management Office (TMO) with managing the non-credit risk of customer portfolios

  • Work with the TMO on client proposals, including Treasury solutions, cost/benefit analysis, pricing and profitability models, etc.

  • Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research

  • Understand clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives

  • Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions

  • Develop and understand competitors' products and positioning within the client & market

  • Work with TMOs throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately

  • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing/billing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Financial Services or Corporate Treasury role

  • Strong interest in working with experienced Treasury partners in order to recognize a client's cash flow needs and apply appropriate banking solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to understand Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures

  • Strong drive/ambition to develop into an individual contributor salesperson

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources

  • Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and superior analytical and quantitative skills
