Services Partner Performance Manager

The Services Partner Performance Manager is a new role within the Performance Delivery Office in Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) and works closely with the service delivery stakeholders within the Regions, global Functions, and Business Categories to manage all facets of the delivery of our Global IT Service Partner.

Your role:

  • Oversee all facets of the IT Services delivery and support performance to our worldwide customer base.

  • Establish & execute strategy and performance measures within the Business Regional Combination (BMC) structure to ensure consistently high service performance, monitor and support implementation, and evaluate customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.

  • Operationalize the introduction and delivery of new Global IT Solution and Services Partner.

  • Implement the IT service delivery strategy and roadmap within the Regions based on scale, capabilities, competition, and customer needs. Support the Regions in the roll out of the strategy.

  • Assess the services delivery performance of the partner and provide direct feedback to the HPM Business Innovation & Services Delivery (BISD), Business Categories and Global Functions to continuously improve the service delivery performance and therefore improve customer experience and services business profitability.

  • Requires the ability to travel, estimated 20%.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience within an IT business environment, including cloud technology.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

  • You have experience with services delivery in a health care environment. Leading edge solutions (including Advanced IT Services, Managed IT Services, Professional Services) creation experiences are an advantage and are highly preferred.

  • Your skills include:

  • Proven experience delivering successful change in organizations from a product, process, organizational design, or training and learning perspective in a global environment.

  • Knowledge of Virtualization and Cloud Services and deployment models.

  • An understanding of customer insights and customer journey mapping at customer segment level.

  • Expertise in Partner/Supplier Management.

  • Leadership experience in an operational team.

  • Strong intrinsic motivation to deliver results, working with remote teams and being able to cope with uncertainty, changing environments.

  • Experience with international organizations and markets with different needs and maturities.

  • Medical industry knowledge and experience is a plus.

  • You have strong influential leadership skills, negotiation skills, verbal & written communication skills, and are comfortable presenting in both face to face and virtual settings. You are analytical and innovative, and have experience in problem-solving, conflict resolution, critical thinking and priority setting both individually and within a team.
