The Position

The Job holder ensures the correct and in-time processing of requests for and queries about master data maintenance within service level to deliver a high quality support for the US community. In this function, he/she trains user, answers to questions and analyses issues.

This will require the work in US Business hours.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Independently support the US Animal Health community

• Processes support request w.r.t. application access, usage, data structures, maintenance rules, process follows and contact persons.

• Creates and updates internal documentation and process flow (country master list, desktop procedures)

• Creates and prepares reports

• Analyses issues and corrects

• Supports the system change process by submissal of proposals for improvement as well as creation of communication about system changes and provision of training and documentation.

• Checks data and systems on correctness

• Initiates and conducts data correction activities independently

• Coordinates follow-up and correction in case of system errors

• Actively drives alignment between HR and IT stakeholders to ensure operational stability for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge about processes and data structures of relevant master data objects gained during min. 2-3 years work

• Strong IT affinity, sound knowledge of relevant systems (MDM, SAP, MDG, Microsoft Office, esp. Excel)

• Good communication skills and team worker

• Willingness to work service oriented in an international environment.

• Very structured and precise working with high quality expectation, also under time pressure.

• Exceptional time management skills and an ability to multitask.
