TAD PGS, Inc. Onboarding Specialist (part-time) in Grand Prairie, Texas

We have an outstanding contract position for anOnboarding Specialist to be our Designated Employer Representative for one of our programs inGrand Prairie, TX.

Pay Rate: $25.00

Position Description:

In this capacity, the On-boarding Specialist will remain on stand-by and on-call status.

Get paid $200 a month to remain on-call, and an hourly pay of $25.00 for any hours worked when called to perform duties listed below:

  • Perform a variety of administrative functions including preparing and maintaining on-boarding documents, spreadsheets, and files

  • Oversees the new hire electronic on-boarding process, including timely submissions of the required I9/e-Verify for new hires.

  • Handle additional related projects as assigned.

  • Serve as a primary liaison between external clients and new associates.

  • Be a resource throughout the on-boarding process.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and document editing.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet/database applications.

  • Strong support background, tenacious follow-up, and is motivated by delivering high-quality results quickly.

  • Great written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be web-savvy and have strong customer service skills.
