We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to manage programs in our Insider Threat analytics program. The successful candidate is someone who can design a program to use security findings to drive education and action amongst the user population. They will bridge the gap between user behaviour and developing analytics processes to effectively measure success.

Key job responsibilities

• Strong project management skills. This is a senior role where you will need to operate your programs with minimal supervision and a lot of ambiguity. Success will be a constantly moving target.

• Experience in influencing and informing executive level security leadership.

• Strong communication and written skills.

• Experience in developing programs that are successful in changing user behavior.

• Experience in the Information Security industry.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in technical product or program management

• Experience working directly with engineering teams

• Experience in software development

• Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams

• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management

• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
