UC Health is hiring a Sr Financial Analyst for the Finance Department.

Oversees Operational Effectiveness at the hospital focusing on productivity, benchmarking process and revenue integrity/charge assurance processes. Works with directors, and staff to ensure ongoing communication and efforts to achieve organizational goal for financial performance. Provide strategic leadership across the organization to ensure sharing of best practices internally and also externally with compare group participants to significantly impact University Cincinnati Medical Center key results areas, specifically labor, supplies costs and effective charge capture. The position will be instrumental in continually strengthening the culture of process improvement to “best-in-class” standards to meet organizational financial objectives.
