Sr. Analyst, Revenue Analytics – Hybrid

What you’ll do: As aSenior Analyst, Revenue Analytics, you will provide financial analysis and analytics support to operations, financial operations, and the Revenue and Network Management area with a focus on Revenue Cycle. You will create and maintain various monthly/weekly reports and ad hoc patient revenue analyses to support both the revenue cycle and managed care teams.

Responsibilities: * Utilize BI tools for data gathering, manipulation, and analysis. * Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from various sources to drive business insights. * Provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis for decision-making. * Summarize reimbursement data for analysis. * Design and deliver ad hoc reporting and data analysis using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc. * Redesign reporting processes and create databases. * Assist with training and mentoring other analytic staff. * Manage report development lifecycle and troubleshoot data issues.
